More about the position
The Financial Service Representative (FSR) creates relationships with current and new Caisse Members. You will provide and process member transactions, as well as investment, estate and account openings in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner. We’ll look for you to promote Caisse’s financial products and services as you process member transactions and assist them with their financial needs. You should also bring a professional attitude and a knack for person-to-person communication skills.
What you bring:
- Experience in customer service, including handlingcash
- Good knowledge of financial terminology and products, and are willing to learn more so you can answer questions on each ofthem
- Hands-on, feet-under-the-table experience from a caisse, credit union or bank would beconsidered an asset
- Proficiency in French and English is required, both written and verbal (intermediary French is sufficient)
