François Lambert
François has been an essential member of Caisse since 2011. He is a natural leader who successfully spearheaded the restructuring of Caisse’s commercial credit department in urban areas as a director. With over twenty years of experience in Manitoba’s caisse/credit union system, François is an expert in the financial sector. In his current role as Vice-President of Business Solutions, he is known for his analytical and problem-solving skills that help him seize business opportunities effectively.
François lives in St. Malo, where he actively volunteers in the community. He coaches hockey and takes part in various other initiatives. Interestingly, François is a skilled barbecue artist; his talent has even taken him to competitions.

Martin Préjet
Martin joined the Caisse in 2010 with a diploma in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba. Before joining Caisse, Martin worked on the family farm. His diploma in agriculture prepared him with risk management and financial analysis skills. His farming background gave him firsthand experience and understanding of his members’ needs.
As a director, he oversees a team of account managers, Martin enjoys seeing them grow within the organization. With his extensive agricultural lending and financing knowledge, Martin’s members trust his abilities to help them in achieving their business goals.
Originally from Notre Dame de Lourdes, Martin now resides in La Broquerie, where he is an active member of his community, currently serving as Treasurer of the La Broquerie Sports Club. Martin loves to visit his family farm, where he spent his childhood. During his free time, he coaches his children’s local hockey teams and also volunteers. Martin, along with his wife Sylvie and their kids, share a common interest in golf and hockey. They enjoy playing various games and spending quality time together with their family and friends.

Nadine Delorme
Nadine is a motivated professional with over a decade of experience at Caisse. She holds a Diploma in Agriculture and a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from the University of Manitoba which has equipped her to provide sound financial advice within her role at Caisse.
Having grown up on her family farm in rural Manitoba, she has built a solid foundation and appreciation for a strong work ethic. She finds community involvement and volunteering an integral part of “The caisse/credit union way.”
Nadine currently lives in Notre Dame de Lourdes, where she was born and raised. She has a strong passion for outdoor activities, including running, cross-country skiing, hiking, and enjoys spending time in nature with her family.

Rachelle Trudeau
Rachelle is a skillful commercial & agricultural account manager residing in Ile des Chenes. Having grown up around the town of La Salle and currently serving communities in the same area, she has deep-rooted connections and an understanding of the local businesses and agricultural landscapes.
Rachelle earned a University Certificate in Advanced Accounting from the University of Athabasca and possesses a solid financial acumen essential for her role. Since joining Caisse in 2004, she has been committed to providing top-notch financial solutions to her members.
She indulges in her love for agriculture on their family farm by managing a garlic farm with her husband and two children. They also have a tradition of making maple syrup in the spring, showcasing their appreciation for nature and sustainable living. On top of all that, they enjoy camping, creating lasting memories amidst the great outdoors.

Sarah Cormier
Sarah is a focused and ambitious commercial and agricultural team member from the urban region. She joined Caisse immediately after finishing her schooling in 2016 and has been an integral part of the organization ever since. In June of 2020, she transitioned to the CommAg team and feels as though she has finally found her true calling.
Sarah’s area of expertise lies in commercial credit, including mortgages and lines of credit. She is also knowledgeable in registered products, thanks to her previous role.
Sarah currently lives in Ste Agathe, where she was born and raised. She’s a passionate animal lover and has two rescue dogs; a Husky named Django and a German Shepherd named Merlot. In her free time, she enjoys baking and reading to unwind.

Mathieu Gagnon
Mathieu Gagnon specializes in commercial financing serving the urban region. He holds a B.A. in Political Studies and Management from the University of Manitoba and has been with Caisse for over seven years. Whether working with individuals or businesses, Mathieu helps his members find the optimal financial solution to achieve their goals. He is also always looking for a way to involve his commercial members in Caisse events.
Mathieu is part of the Caisse Junior Leaders committee and Credit Union Young Leaders of Manitoba executive committee, where he distinguishes himself with his charismatic personality, which lends itself perfectly to public speaking and team collaboration.
Mathieu is originally from Ste. Agathe, but now laying his roots in St. Adolphe. If you’re in the area, you might spot him playing golf, hockey, baseball, and other activities that get his adrenaline pumping.
Leanne Lovie
Leanne is an accomplished financial services professional with over ten years of experience, living on a family-owned and operated grain farm in Holland, Manitoba. She recently joined the CommAg team at Caisse and brought with her vast expertise in consumer, commercial, and agriculture lending. Before joining Caisse, Leanne worked as a Branch Manager at a credit union in Treherne, where she gained valuable experience and knowledge in the field.
Aside from her professional life, Leanne has many interests. She holds a certificate in Interior Decorating and enjoys reading and caring for her large perennial flower bed. She is also an active member of the Delahunt Golf & Country Club’s Board of Directors, where she can be found on the greens in the warmer months.

Nancy Cormier
Nancy is a highly skilled Commercial and Agricultural Account Manager, catering to the residents of La Salle, Ste. Agathe and St. Jean Baptiste. She has worked in the Manitoba caisse/credit union system for nearly two decades and is an expert in her domain. Nancy joined Caisse in 2015 and has since played a crucial role in the organization’s growth.
In addition to her professional duties, she serves as a volunteer on local boards and at community events.
Interesting facts: Nancy is fluent in Portuguese, is passionate about live music and enjoys attending concerts.

Nik Regmi
Nik is an essential team player specializing in commercial and agricultural lending with over ten years’ experience in the financial sector. He began his career as a personal lender and then as a commercial advisor for various financial institutions.
He joined Caisse in 2020, and his extensive experience in commercial and agricultural lending enables him to help his members meet their financial needs.
Originally from Nepal, he currently lives in Ste. Anne and serves members not only from this community but also from La Broquerie and St. Pierre Jolys.
In his spare time, Nik enjoys playing chess, which allows him to use his strategic and analytical skills in a fun setting.

Alex McLaren
Alex is a dedicated CommAg team member. She is a proud resident of St. Boniface and has a deep-rooted connection to its urban landscape. She even attended Université de Saint-Boniface!
Alex has developed expertise in business lending by gaining invaluable experience over several years at Caisse. She has moved through various roles, culminating in her current role as an account manager within our CommAg team. What started as a part-time job during summers has now become her full-time career, showing her unwavering dedication and passion for her work.
On weekends, she finds peace and tranquility at her cottage, where she enjoys spending time in nature and with her family. She makes the most of her time there, whether she’s soaking up the sun or taking in the breeze.

Daniel Chanel
As an accomplished commercial and agricultural account manager, serving the Western region, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work. With a BSc. in Agribusiness and a Fellowship from The Credit Union Institute of Canada (FCUIC), he is well-equipped to handle the complex financial needs of his clients.
Daniel grew up on a family grain farm near Notre Dame de Lourdes in which he remains actively involved. He appreciates the hard work and passion that farmers put into their business. He is also committed to supporting local initiatives and institutions within his community, participating at every opportunity.
Daniel’s hobbies outside work include baseball, field hockey, golf, cooking, reading, woodworking, fishing and hunting.

Courtney Hay
Courtney is an adept commercial and agricultural account manager, able to meet the needs of entities of all sizes with a particular dedication to independent farmers and ranchers. A graduate of the Assiniboine Community College in Brandon, Manitoba, with a certificate in Agribusiness, she brings a well-rounded knowledge of farm operations and financial management to her role.
Courtney currently resides on an acreage close to Carman and is originally from Poplar Point in the central part of Manitoba, meaning she has deep roots in the area. This gives her a unique understanding of her members’ realities and enables her to provide sound advice and financial solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Outside of work, Courtney pursues her passion for horses through barrel racing, while cherishing time spent with her family on the farm.

Greyson Knelsen
Greyson is a skillful Commercial & Agricultural Account Manager. Although he only recently joined Caisse and the CommAg team in 2023, he had previously spent time with other financial institutions specializing in financial services and advice for individuals before transitioning to the commercial and agricultural space. This business administration graduate lives in Niverville and serves the Eastern Region, including St. Pierre Jolys, St. Malo, Ste. Agathe, St. Adolphe and Lorette. Greyson knows and understands the needs and reality of members living in the area.
Outside of work, Greyson enjoys spending time with his friends and family, and his dog Bella. He also spends his time volunteering within the communities he serves. He’s an enthusiastic sports fan, particularly of golf, and tries to play whenever he gets the opportunity.

Andrew Shymanski
Andrew is qualified account manager offering sound and strategic advice, allowing him to build strong relationships with his members. He grew up in West St. Paul and now currently lives in Winnipeg where he serves the East and Urban region. He joined Caisse in 2022 and has strong financial data analysis skills, which are valuable assets for his team.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business, where he specialized in finance and international business. Additionally, he also had the opportunity to study abroad in Denmark and France.
