CAN THE RECIPIENT DECLINE THE E-TRANSFER?

The recipient must accept the e-Transfer for the transaction to be complete.
The recipient can choose to decline the e-Transfer.
If the e-Transfer is declined, the sender will receive a notification with instructions to redeposit the money in his/her account (minus the fee which is non-refundable). The sender will need to cancel the e-Transfer. (See Cancelling an e-Transfer)
