Changes to Online Banking

We are excited to share that, as of June 15, we will be upgrading our online banking system, e-Caisse.

It will have new features, be more intuitive and more accessible. It will eventually include enhanced security features which will lead to additional functionalities…in addition to a fresh new look!

Scheduled Bill Payments & Transfers

When first logging on to the new e-Caisse, members see a quick overview of upcoming Scheduled Bill Payments and Transfers on the right-hand side of the page.

View e-Documents

In addition to displaying monthly cheque images, the View e-Documents subpage includes RRSP contribution receipts, CRA Tforms (T5, T4 RSP & T4RIF) and a document listing all the accounts' billers.

Messages

New Messages will appear at the top of the quick overview page upon login and are accessed through the View Messages subpage. The Financial Reminders section will display investments maturing in the next 30 days.

Messages and Alerts

Under the Manage Alerts subpage, members can choose to be alerted for Online Login, PAC Changed or New Payee Added. Members can view their Alerts History.

Account Sevices

If members activate QuickView on their mobile device and it is lost or stolen, they can deactivate the feature through the Mobile Banking App subpage.

Profile and Settings

Members can now add up to 5 memorized logins under Manage Memorized Accounts.

Transfers

Through the subpage Manage Scheduled Transfers, members can now choose to Edit recurring and/or future-dated transfers without having to Delete and begin anew.

Good news – most of your billers will be transferred to the new platform!

Should any previous billers be absent, you will receive an archived listing of all your previous billers, including the account numbers, accessible to you through Accounts > View e-Documents once the new platform is launched.

Please contact your local branch if you require any assistance.

You may be prompted to update your PAC in the coming weeks if it no longer complies with our enhanced security.

We have changed the language on e-Caisse to be consistent with what is currently on the Caisse mobile app. This means that your Access Code will now be referred to as your Login ID, and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is your Personal Access Code (PAC).

Go to Payments > Add/Delete Payees. Search for a payee either by name or type. Once selected, add the account number, and select which account(s) the bill should be paid from.

The Financial Reminders section will display investments maturing in the next 30 days. However, more types of messaging may become available at a future date.

Go to Messages and Alerts > Manage Alerts, where you can set up the alerts you would like to receive. First, select the type of alert you wish to personalize. Then choose your options for each alert that you want to receive. Finally, click submit to save your settings.

All CRA Corporate bill payments are under Payments > Pay Business Taxes.

Yes, all your e-Transfer recipients will be available.

Yes, all recurring and future dated transfers will be brought over from the existing online banking system.

Yes*, the majority of recurring or future-dated bill payments will be brought over for the standard bill payments. Should any previous billers or recurring/future-dated bill payments be absent, you will receive an archived listing, including the account numbers, accessible through My Accounts > View e-Documents on the new platform.

*CRA business tax payments will need to be recreated.

Yes, they will be available to view under My Accounts > View Cheque Images.

Yes, they will be available to view under the My Accounts > View e-Documents. Monthly cheque images from the last two (2) years can be viewed and downloaded.

Yes, they will be available to view under My Accounts > View e-Statements. Monthly statements from the last two years can be viewed and downloaded.

Please contact your local branch to set up a Stop Payment on your account.

Under My Accounts > View e-Documents:

  • Select your membership number from the dropdown list to view monthly cheques images and T5 slips;

  • Select your CIF membership number from the dropdown list to view CRA slips such as RRSP receipts, T4RSP and T4RIF.

Please contact your local branch to receive a temporary PAC. Your branch can also assist you with many online features – such as account balances, transfers and bill payments.

Request a Loan is found under Account Services > Request a Loan.

With the new platform, the security measures have changed and no longer require the reCAPTCHA. There are new, advanced security measures in place that include strengthened Personal Access Code requirements.
