Changes to Online Banking & App

We are excited to share that, on October 25, thanks to your feedback, you’ll be seeing some improvements on e-Caisse & the Caisse Mobile App!

Most notably, these changes will improve accessibility and navigation.

Scheduled Bill Payments & Transfers View e-Documents Messages and Alerts Account Services Profile and Settings Transfers Messages

Scheduled Bill Payments & Transfers

When first logging on to the new e-Caisse, members see a quick overview of upcoming Scheduled Bill Payments and Transfers on the right-hand side of the page.

View e-Documents

In addition to displaying monthly cheque images, the View e-Documents subpage, under My Accounts, includes RRSP contribution receipts, CRA Tforms (T5, T4 RSP & T4RIF) and a document listing all the accounts' billers.

Messages and Alerts

Under the Manage Alerts subpage, members can choose to be alerted for Online Login, PAC Changed or New Payee Added. Members can view their Alerts History.

Account Services

If members activate QuickView on their mobile device and it is lost or stolen, they can deactivate the feature through the Mobile Banking App subpage.

Profile and Settings

Members can now add up to 5 memorized logins under Manage Memorized Accounts.

Transfers

Through the subpage Manage Scheduled Transfers, members can now choose to Edit recurring and/or future-dated transfers without having to Delete and begin anew.

Messages

New Messages will appear at the top of the quick overview page upon login - but only if you have an unread message - and are accessed through the View Messages subpage. The Financial Reminders section will display investments maturing in the next 30 days.

What’s new on the Caisse Mobile App?



In addition to a fresh new look, when QuickView is activated, it will now display up to three chosen accounts at the top of the screen, instead of the previous scroll feature.

The update will not impact the way you login to the Caisse Mobile App. Memorized accounts will remain the same.

You will not need to reactivate Face ID following the update. If you have already activated Face ID, it will continue to work as expected.

You will not need to redownload the app, only update it.

If you have chosen to save your login credentials on your browser, they will still appear after this update.

All CRA Corporate bill payments are under Payments > Pay Business Taxes.

Go to Messages and Alerts > Manage Alerts, where you can set up the alerts you would like to receive. First, select the type of alert you wish to personalize. Then choose your options for each alert that you want to receive. Finally, click submit to save your settings.

Yes, they will be available to view under My Accounts > View Cheque Images.

Yes, they will be available to view under the My Accounts > View e-Documents. Monthly cheque images from the last two (2) years can be viewed and downloaded.

Yes, they will be available to view under My Accounts > View e-Statements. Monthly statements from the last two years can be viewed and downloaded.

Under My Accounts > View e-Documents:

  • Select your membership number from the dropdown list to view monthly cheques images and T5 slips;

  • Select your CIF membership number from the dropdown list to view CRA slips such as RRSP receipts, T4RSP and T4RIF.

Your biller list will not be effected by the update.

Your scheduled payments and transfers will not be effected by the update.

Your Login ID is a 12 digit number (Ex. 00##########), and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is your password.

There will be no change to your memorized accounts following this update.

The Financial Reminders section will display investments maturing in the next 30 days. However, more types of messaging may become available at a future date.

Yes, all your e-Transfer recipients will be available.

Please contact your local branch to set up a Stop Payment on your account.

Please contact your local branch to receive a temporary PAC. Your branch can also assist you with many online features – such as account balances, transfers and bill payments.

Yes! Individuals can integrate the following tools: TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks Self-Employed and Mint.

Businesses can integrate the following tools: QuickBooks (including the Cheques and Tax Form and Payments add-ons) and MailChimp.
